Pilates during pregnancy can help

With certain adaptations to suit your stage of pregnancy, Pilates can be an ideal, gentle, non-impact exercise for pregnancy. Pilates focuses on precision of movement, improving concentration and body awareness. The exercises are progressive, and real improvements in balance, core stability and posture can be seen within the first few sessions.

I am an OCR-accredited Pilates Instructor and also hold a CYQ Level 3 Qualification in Ante and Post Natal Exercise. As well as teaching classes I also teach individuals and small groups.
