Pilates can help you achieve all of these goals, and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Pilates focuses on precision of movement, improving concentration and body awareness. The exercises are progressive, and real improvements in balance, core stability and posture can be seen within the first few sessions.

Unlike many forms of exercise, Pilates brings mind and body together, focusing on breathing and relaxation as well as improving physical fitness and toning the whole body.
