I'm ba-aack!!
After taking some time out to focus on being a mummy to my beautiful girl (gratuitous baby photo below), I'm picking up pace starting work again!

Below is a list of the classes I currently teach.

Gentle Pilates
8-week course 6th Feb – 2nd April (excl. Labour Day)
beneficial for pre and post natal women, beginners, and people rehabilitating from injury, but everyone is welcome!
Strengthen abdominal & pelvic floor muscles; relieve back pain; improve posture, breathing and concentration; and relax!
