Well, these might not have handles, but they are just as much fun, plus they are fantastic for all sorts of exercises to keep you in shape! There is a strong focus on core stability, but we also incorporate toning exercises for the whole body!

Eat Fit Keep Fit A combination of exercise and information sharing to get you motivated and feeling great.
Voluntary weighing and measuring is available to help track your progress as you lose those pounds and inches!
Sessions include a half hour talk on weight management and motivation followed by an hour of aerobic based exercise.
