Ante and Post Natal Exercise

Are you currently pregnant, or have you recently had a baby? As well as being a qualified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, I am also an Ante and Post Natal Exercise specialist. If you would like to know how to exercise safely and minimise weight gain during pregnancy, or would like to shift those pregnancy pounds after giving birth, why not give me a call?

I can travel to your home so that you do not need to attend a gym or arrange childcare. With a thorough understanding of the fitness needs of pregnant and post natal women, I can create a safe and effective exercise programme for you.

As with the standard Personal Training I offer, I would recommend that we meet initially for a no-obligation session to discuss your current health and fitness, take some baseline measurements, and establish some realistic goals. Alternatively, if you have friends who are also pregnant or have given birth, I can come to you for a small group Ante and Post Natal Circuits session.

An individual personal training session costs £35, but why not block book and get 8 weeks for £250 or 12 weeks for £300? Alternatively, why not combine your 8-week personal training course with personal nutritional analysis, and save £120?**

If you would prefer to work as part of a small group, I can arrange circuit sessions at one of your homes (or alternating each week) for £40, divided between you, or a block-booking of 8 sessions for £250, saving £70.
